The Beyond H.R. 1: Accelerating Elective Pay Implementation for Clean Energy is an opportunity for leaders in policy, green finance, and renewable energy to advance clean energy projects by  maximizing tax credit utilization and benefiting public ownership and community initiatives.

Together, we will:

• Discuss the current landscape and what we can do to safe harbor these projects;

• Collaboratively define roles, pinpoints needs and explore funding pathways; 

• Establish concrete next steps for a coordinated “sprint hub” to maximize elective pay credits over the next 18 months.

This will be a productive, critical, and ground-breaking session. Your participation is essential to driving this critical work forward and ensuring a robust, equitable clean energy future.

To help us make this event as impactful as possible, we are asking all invitees to prepare by considering the following question:

What are the essential clean energy projects, initiatives, or support structures that communities and impacted people would need or benefit from in the next twelve months, particularly those that could leverage the Inflation Reduction Act's tax credits?

Your thoughtful responses to this question will be instrumental in helping us understand where support is most needed, identify potential collaborators, and map out who is working on what key initiatives. This preparation will set the stage for a productive discussion.
