The Beyond H.R. 1: Accelerating Direct Pay Implementation for Community Clean Energy is an opportunity for leaders in policy, green finance, and renewable energy to advance clean energy projects by maximizing tax credit utilization and benefiting public ownership and community initiatives. Together, we will:
Discuss the current landscape and what we can do to safe harbor these projects;
Collaboratively define roles, pinpoints needs and explore funding pathways;
Establish concrete next steps for the Elective Pay Sprint Hub.
