General Counsel

L4GG seeks an experienced, mission-driven General Counsel to join our senior management team as L4GG’s chief legal advisor on all legal matters impacting the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney with a deep understanding of nonprofit law (including compliance, audits, and investigations); contract law; professional responsibility rules, particularly in connection with litigation; and social justice frameworks.

Staff Attorney, Gender Justice & Health Equity

L4GG is hiring an experienced, mission-driven Gender Justice & Health Equity Staff Attorney to work with Lawyers for Good Government’s Gender Justice & Health Equity Team. This position is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years experience working in reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, health equity, or a related field. The position will involve a combination of policy, advocacy, litigation support, and movement building work.

Staff Attorney, Project Corazón

The Staff Attorney, Project Corazón, will play a critical role in delivering high-quality immigration legal services while strengthening our pro bono model. This position blends direct representation of individuals detained in immigration detention centers, case supervision, volunteer attorney mentorship, systems-building, and strategic advocacy.

Your Time

Full time employees receive:

  • A flexible, remote work schedule

  • 120 paid time off (PTO) hours and 160 hours after 2 years on a prorated basis throughout the year

    • All regular, part-time employees accrue a prorated amount of vacation leave based on the number of hours worked per week.

  • 64 hours of paid sick leave

    • Part-time employees receive the greater of a prorated portion of that allotment and the number of hours required under applicable state or local law

  • 10 paid holidays per year

  • 5 days of paid bereavement leave

  • Parental/Maternity leave

    • After one year of employment, employees receive 8 weeks of paid parental leave in a twelve-month period, and up to 12 weeks for child-bearing employees for pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery from the effects of childbirth.


Your Health

Group medical, dental and vision:

  • 100% of medical plan premiums and 99% of dental and vision plan premiums for employees

  • 50% for dependents and partners for medical and dental

  • 75% for dependents and partners for vision
