Open Positions
Data and Outcomes Specialist
L4GG is hiring a full-time Data and Outcomes Specialist to design and implement data collection and reporting strategies that capture and communicate the impact of L4GG's programs. This position sits within the Development department and plays a critical role in strengthening L4GG's grant applications and reporting while building capacity for outcomes measurement across the organization. The person who succeeds in this role will be analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating complex data into accessible narratives that demonstrate L4GG's impact.
Digital Communications Associate
L4GG is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Digital Communications Associate to provide communications support. The person who succeeds in this role will have a strong background in digital communications, excellent attention to detail, proficiency in graphic design, social media + SMS management, and content creation. This position will support L4GG's general communications efforts across all programs and will report to the Senior Communications Manager. The role includes routine communications tasks and creative content development across multiple channels.
Project Manager, Climate Change & Environmental Justice
L4GG is looking for a Project Manager to work within the CCEJ program. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that align with our program mission and strategic goals. This may include, for example, managing the delivery of technical assistance services to entities in a particular state or overseeing the launch of an online platform designed to share resources with entities seeking to take advantage of certain tax credits for clean energy projects. The Project Manager will ensure that projects assigned are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Staff Attorney, Environmental and Climate Justice
L4GG is looking for a self-motivated and passionate staff attorney to expand its growing Climate Change and Environmental Justice (CCEJ) Program fighting for environmental and climate justice. The Staff Attorney, Environmental and Climate Justice will support our efforts helping communities and sub-national governments protect access to federal funding, assist local and state governments in advancing key equitable policy solutions, and will help provide direct legal assistance to communities, including those that have been harmed by the actions of the Trump Administration. More specifically, this person will work on policy research and development, and also provide direct services to community organizations in areas that have been historically underinvested in and have been disproportionately harmed and overburdened in a way that meets their needs and helps them fulfill their mission.

Full time employees receive:
A flexible, remote work schedule
120 paid time off (PTO) hours and 160 hours after 2 years on a prorated basis throughout the year
All regular, part-time employees accrue a prorated amount of vacation leave based on the number of hours worked per week.
64 hours of paid sick leave
Part-time employees receive the greater of a prorated portion of that allotment and the number of hours required under applicable state or local law
10 paid holidays per year
5 days of paid bereavement leave
Parental/Maternity leave
After one year of employment, employees receive 8 weeks of paid parental leave in a twelve-month period, and up to 12 weeks for child-bearing employees for pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery from the effects of childbirth.
