Litigation Paralegal

The Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support to L4GG's newly formed Pro Bono Litigation Corps (PBLC), which challenges unlawful actions by the federal government in partnership with other organizations and pro bono attorneys nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong paralegal and litigation experience, preferably in federal court, a deep commitment to public interest law, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The paralegal will be instrumental to the success of our PBLC and work collaboratively with our nationwide pro bono partners.

Policy and Compliance Advisor, Clean Energy

We’re seeking a Policy and Compliance Advisor, Clean Energy to join our team of experts and develop our work on domestic sourcing and foreign entity compliance, with a particular focus on the Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions and, if possible, Prohibited Foreign Entity (PFE) requirements. This person will play a key role in supporting the equitable and effective implementation of federal clean energy and infrastructure programs by guiding state agencies, local governments, Tribal entities, nonprofits, and private-sector partners through complex compliance requirements on sourcing equipment. The Policy and Compliance Advisor will lead training, resource development, and individualized technical assistance to ensure stakeholders can successfully integrate domestic sourcing and foreign entity requirements into their projects.

Program Coordinator, Climate Change & Environmental Justice

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated legal assistant to provide administrative support for Lawyers for Good Government’s (L4GG’s) Climate Change and Environmental Justice (CCEJ) Program, including L4GG’s Decarbonization and Climate Resilience Clinic, and assisting L4GG’s Director of Pro Bono Initiatives to help identify and coordinate attorneys within L4GG’s vast legal network to assist with the CCEJ Program. The person who succeeds in this role will have a strong background in organizational and administrative experience, a passion for working on climate and environmental justice policies (experience working in these areas a strong bonus), experience working with legal clients and law firms, social media experience, strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to quickly learn and manage digital tools, and an aptitude for working well in start-up environments.
