Executive Assistant
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide strategic, high-level support to our Executive Director (ED). This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, organized, and mission-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to contribute directly to meaningful social impact.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner, adeptly translating big-picture ideas into clear, actionable steps. You will manage day-to-day priorities, anticipate needs, build strong relationships both internally and externally, and ensure the ED can operate efficiently and effectively to advance our organization's mission.
Legal Assistant/Coordinator, Project Corazon
The Project Corazón Legal/Coordinator will play a central role in the program’s day-to-day operations, combining administrative duties, case management, legal support, and logistical coordination. This position supports direct client work, internal document management, the organization of legal clinics, communication with volunteers, and the maintenance of information systems.
This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is deeply committed to the rights of migrants.
Supervising Attorney, Clean Energy and Project Finance
We’re seeking a supervising attorney with significant experience in project finance to help lead L4GG’s effort to help finance community-driven clean energy and environmental projects, thereby implementing a just transition to the green economy. This person would help lead the Clean Energy team’s green financing efforts and in assisting hundreds of state agencies, local agencies, green banks, and CBOs looking to identify and leverage green financing options. This person would report to the Director of Clean Energy.

Your Time
Full time employees receive:
A flexible, remote work schedule
120 paid time off (PTO) hours and 160 hours after 2 years on a prorated basis throughout the year
All regular, part-time employees accrue a prorated amount of vacation leave based on the number of hours worked per week.
64 hours of paid sick leave
Part-time employees receive the greater of a prorated portion of that allotment and the number of hours required under applicable state or local law
10 paid holidays per year
5 days of paid bereavement leave
Parental/Maternity leave
After one year of employment, employees receive 8 weeks of paid parental leave in a twelve-month period, and up to 12 weeks for child-bearing employees for pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery from the effects of childbirth.
