Director, State Advocacy & Democratic Engagement
L4GG seeks a strategic and dynamic Director to lead our comprehensive state-level advocacy initiatives and democratic engagement programs. This role will oversee our signature State Legislative Advocacy Academy (SLAA), L4GG Leadership Program, state chapter support, and our expanding rule of law and democracy advocacy work including coalition leadership and Impact Docket programming. The Director will be responsible for producing comprehensive training content, managing multiple advocacy programs, representing L4GG in key rule of law coalitions, and creating systematic pathways for our 125,000+ network members to engage in meaningful democratic participation and rule of law advocacy.
Litigation Paralegal
The Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support to L4GG's newly formed Pro Bono Litigation Corps (PBLC), which challenges unlawful actions by the federal government in partnership with other organizations and pro bono attorneys nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong paralegal and litigation experience, preferably in federal court, a deep commitment to public interest law, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The paralegal will be instrumental to the success of our PBLC and work collaboratively with our nationwide pro bono partners.
