ICE enforcement is surging. Detention facilities across the country are filling. And in those facilities, the difference between a fair hearing and a one-way trip is often a single thing: whether someone has a lawyer by their side.

Detained immigrants with legal representation are 5x more likely to win their case. Without a lawyer, most never see one.

THE MODEL WORKS

In 2019 and 2020, our Travel Fund sent 256 lawyers to detention centers across the country. Together they served more than 13,386 people in detention. We are doing it again, at scale.

In Q1 alone, 185+ attorneys trained with our Detention Bridge Project, many with no prior immigration experience. The infrastructure is ready. The dollars activate it.
