As Immigrations & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents escalate their mass removal campaign, their conduct and tactics are getting more and more violent. Attorneys on the front lines need to know their rights and risks. Join L4GG and the National Lawyers Guild’s (NLG) Director of Mass Defense Xavier de Janon, in a Know Your Risks training for attorneys on how to best navigate ICE interactions. The training will include a discussion of broader federal repression, as well as potential criminal consequences when encountering ICE agents.
