The Decarbonization and Climate Resilience Funding Clinic (Clinic) is a legal clinic that provides legal resources on ways to identify, obtain, and implement federal funding from Biden’s Infrastructure Law (BIL) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) for decarbonization and climate resilience projects. In addition to providing legal resources in the form of Funding Webinars and our groundbreaking 50-state Disadvantaged Community Report, L4GG has expanded the Clinic in 2023 to provide direct legal assistance to communities in need free of charge.

Call for 2024 Clinic Applicants: 15-20 Overburdened Communities to Receive Free Legal Aid

L4GG has closed the applications for 2023, but is currently accepting applications for new Funding Clinic clients in 2024. The Clinic is able to provide direct legal services that are not litigation-related services (i.e. lawsuits that are filed before a court). The legal services are tailored to the community’s needs and are absolutely free.
