This report provides critical information to states, local governments, communities, and nonprofits regarding existing law and policy and the relevant decision makers to help facilitate meaningful community engagement and ensure the money goes towards addressing climate inequity. We’ll also have a community leader speak to best practices for engaging the community. We’ll also have a state representative to discuss their state’s implementation of J40 and potentially a speaker from the EPA (or another federal agency) to discuss J40 implementation.
