TPS for Ukraine: Attorney Training & Resources
Thank you for your interest in providing pro bono assistance to Ukrainian nationals in the United States. Through this pro se legal clinic, attorneys will help prepare applications for TPS (Temporary Protected Status); EAD (Employment Authorization Documents); and in some cases, fee waivers.
Please note that before you can be assigned a matter through this project, you must complete the following steps:
Complete Training Module 1 (90 minute video with accompanying slides; if you attended the live webinar on Friday, April 22 in full, you do not have to watch the recording)
Complete Training Module 2 (35 minute video with accompanying checklist)
Review the Attorney Checklist
Review all of the training resources provided in the table below
