Support the Pro Bono Litigation Corps. Ensuring Justice has No Barriers.

The traditional law firm pro bono model is under attack.

L4GG’s innovative response connects individuals and organizations to a new kind
of representation to fight back against unlawful government actions.

In the face of unprecedented attacks on constitutional rights, the rule of law, and the legal profession itself, L4GG is launching the Pro Bono Litigation Corps, an innovative program giving retired, solo, or otherwise unaffiliated attorneys the power to contribute to impactful litigation. Executive orders targeting law firms have created a chilling effect for pro bono efforts across the legal industry, restricting access to justice for vulnerable populations and leaving illegal actions unchallenged. The Pro Bono Litigation Corps fills this gap in legal access by providing the structure and administrative support for impassioned attorneys to fight for justice.

By mobilizing experienced, independent attorneys who remain committed to upholding constitutional principles and who would otherwise not have a way of serving as counsel or co-counsel on impact litigation, the Pro Bono Litigation Corps will serve as a vital resource for individuals and organizations struggling to secure representation in challenges against unlawful government actions.

The Pro Bono Litigation Corps is facing the unprecedented challenges facing both the legal profession and American democracy head on. We will not be intimidated. If you recognize the urgency, gravity, and magnitude of the current attacks on our democracy, join us by supporting today. Together, our impact will be unmatched.

The Pro Bono Litigation Corps represents a response to an emerging new challenge to the landscape of pro bono and access to justice. We would not be able to launch this program without unrestricted donations to Lawyers for Good Government, which allow us to respond flexibility to urgent unmet needs.
