Counsel, Pro Bono Litigation Corps
Our PBLC team is excited to welcome two new litigators to join our team. This role will provide candidates with a unique opportunity to directly impact some of the most consequential public interest litigation occurring in the country right now. Working under the mentorship of the Litigation Director and Senior Counsel, and alongside pro bono attorneys and leading civil rights and environmental organizations, you will help the team develop strategy, own litigation tasks, and contribute to work that directly defends constitutional rights and human dignity. Ideally, we hope our candidates will bring a passion for public interest law and experience working in one or more of our ongoing litigation areas.
Director, Communications
We're hiring a Director of Communications to lead L4GG's communications department at a moment of significant organizational growth and urgency. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned communicator who brings deep expertise in digital strategy, brand architecture, and integrated marketing. We're looking for someone who is just as passionate about developing and mentoring their team as they are about building the systems, automations, and workflows that make a communications team thrive.

The HR Manager is responsible for all human resources functions at L4GG. This is a department-of-one role that requires someone who is highly self-directed, operationally strong, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the people they support. Our team is composed of advocates, attorneys, and administrative staff doing meaningful (often urgent) work. This role exists to ensure they are resourced, supported, and that they receive the same level of care they provide to the communities they serve.
Staff Attorney, Clean Energy - Project Finance & Tax
We’re currently seeking a self-motivated and passionate clean energy/green finance staff attorney to help expand CCEJ’s Green Financing Initiatives, assisting the CCEJ team in putting together financial deals for community based clean energy projects. The staff attorney would help identify and coordinate attorneys within L4GG’s vast legal network and coalition partners to provide legal guidance to state and local governments, as well as frontline communities, on a variety of financing options available for clean energy projects, and in particular, would work with L4GG’s Supervising Attorney in Green Finance to structure and paper deals for clean energy projects that leverage available financing and pro bono legal support.
